Brushing requirements on distribution projects and right of way widening are based on the type of power line construction.
For new construction, the customer is responsible for the brushing on his/her property. The brushing is to be done to the applicable requirements outlined in the diagrams below. The brush flagging will be done by Yukon Electrical. Brushing on the customer's property should not start until the proposed alignment has been agreed upon.
The following brushing diagrams are approved for the right of way requirements for the various power line construction types.
