  1. Complete the Pre-authorized Payment Plan Form and mail it to the address on the form or bring it to our customer service office with a VOID cheque issued from a Canadian bank (chequing or savings account only).
  2. We'll arrange with your financial institution to transfer the amount owing from your bank account to Yukon Electrical or charge your credit card. 
  3. We'll continue to send you your bill so you can verify the amount of your payment and the date it will be withdrawn from your bank account.
  4. Cancel your pre-authorized payments at any time by notifying us in writing, in person, or by phone at least seven business days before your payment due date to allow us time to stop the withdrawal.
